Robert J. Zarbin (The Jaklitsch Law Group, Upper Marlboro) received his JD from Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of the President's Club as an Eagle and has served as the Chair of the Legislative Committee as well as the Workers' Compensation Section. Mr. Zarbin is a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission for Anne Arundel County, and serves on the Peer Review Committee for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission. Mr. Zarbin is an AAJ delegate as well as the AAJ President of the Counsel of Presidents. His professional association memberships include the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Justinian Society. Mr. Zarbin has been a guest lecturer at MAJ conferences and AAJ conferences. His practice concentrates in personal injury, product liability, and workers' compensation.

Louise A. Lock (Louise A. Lock, PA, Towson, MD.) received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an LLM in Health Law from the Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the President’s Club as a Founder. Currently, Ms. Lock is Co-Chair of the Nursing Home Section. Ms. Lock has served as Chair of the MAJ Publications Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the Trial Reporter journal, Chair of the Membership Directory and Chair of the Membership Communications Committee. In 2007, Ms. Lock was a founder of the MAJ Public School Awareness Program. She also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of The Maryland Bar Journal and is Chair of the Baltimore County Bar Association CLE Committee. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. George S. Tolley, III (Dugan, Babij & Tolley, LLC, Timonium) received his JD from New York University School of Law in 1991. Before entering private practice, he served for two years as law clerk to the Hon. Herbert F. Murray of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the MAJ's President's Club, as an Eagle. A member of the Bar in Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, Mr. Tolley has litigated complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases in state and federal courts in those jurisdictions, as well as in the courts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He is presently Chair of the MAJ Education and Programs Committee, and also serves on MAJ's Amicus Committee and Technology Committee. In addition to MAJ, he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Bar Associations of several local jurisdictions in Maryland. Laura G. Zois (Miller & Zois, LLC, Anne Arundel County) received her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee in 1991. She graduated from the University of Baltimore with honors in 1995. Ms. Zois is a former insurance defense attorney who transitioned to the Plaintiff's side in 2002. She is the current Secretary of the Maryland Association for Justice and is an Eagle member. She serves as the Chairperson of the Membership Services Committee, the Chairperson for the Women's Caucus, and actively participates on the Legislative Committee. She is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Prince George's County Bar Association, Baltimore City Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Lawrence S. Greenberg (Greenberg Law Offices, Baltimore) earned his bachelor's degree in sociology and political science at Boston University. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduation from law school, Mr. Greenberg joined the law firm of Henry I. Greenberg, P.A., now the Greenberg Law Offices, where his practice focuses on representing individuals who are injured in automobile accidents or through the negligence of others. Mr. Greenberg also represents individuals accused of crimes and traffic offenses, including representing clients in their Motor Vehicle Administration hearings. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice in Maryland, both State and Federal levels, United States District Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court for the United States. Mr. Greenberg is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Maryland Association for Justice, Maryland State Bar Association, Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association. Mr. Greenberg is currently on the Board of the Maryland Association for Justice where he serves as the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee, and is active on the Legislative, Public Outreach and Eduction and Programs Committees.

David M. Kopstein (Kopstein & Perilman, Seabrook) received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from Georgetown University. He is a member of the President's Club as an Eagle and serves on MAJ's Amicus Committee and Medical Negligence Section. Mr. Kopstein is an active member of AAJ and serves on its Publications Committee. Kevin I. Goldberg (Goldberg, Finnegan & Mester, LLC, Silver Spring) received his J.D. from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law Magna Cum Laude in 1996. He was an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review. He won the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. Mr. Goldberg was selected for inclusion in Maryland Superlawyers Magazine and Washington, D.C. SuperLawyers Magazine from 2007-2009. Mr. Goldberg is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice President's Club as an Eagle. Mr. Goldlberg served as the Maryland Association for Justice Fundraisng Chairman from 2004-2009.
